The Dinos will have some significant non-league games in October leading up to a busy 22 game Canada West Schedule for the 2006-07 season. Opening with 3 games in Ontario on October 12-14, the Dinos also travel to the Saskatchewan Huskies Pre-Season Tournament Oct.
19-21 before returning home for the ‘Dinos Border Battle’ on October 27-29.

This pre-season event will also be a Homecoming for Dinos Alumni with a planned 3 on 3 Tournament and Social events for former players. More details will be forthcoming on this exciting addition to our schedule.

The regular season, with a quirky 10 home-12 away game schedule, starts on the West Coast with games against perennial powers Victoria and UBC on November 3-4. Because of the addition of Fraser Valley (Mission, B.C.) to the Pacific Division, Lethbridge and Calgary will
play more away games this coming season, and Alberta and Saskatchewan will have 12 home and 10 away. The intent is to have the reverse in 2007-08.

Dinos Fans will see Simon Fraser, Trinity Western, Regina, and Brandon in single game league play along with the usual double headers against Alberta, Lethbridge, and Saskatchewan. The ‘Border Battle’ will match the three Alberta Universities against Montana Tech, University of Great Falls, and Northern Montana in October at the Jack Simpson Gym.
