The Calgary Dinos opened their Canada West regular season on the west coast with a 64-54 loss at the hands of the Victoria Vikings, who protected a 29 -17 half-time lead for the win. The Vikes are now 3-0 for the year.

Dinos shooters were cold and cashed only 18/52 attempts (35%), and were only 3/17 from the 3 pt. arc. josh Feist led Calgary scorers with 22 pts. as well as dishing out 6 assists. Robbie Sihota had 8 pts. and 10 rebounds. Josh Whyte and Jacob Doerkson led the Vikes with 13 pts. apiece.

Calgary heads to Vancouver on Saturday to play the UBC T- BIrds , who ran their league record to 3-0 with a resounding 101 - 63 thrashing of the Lethbridge Pronghorns.
